Remote Hands

Remote hands and data centre engineering, worldwide

Our engineers are your hands and eyes in the data centre. Racking, cabling, network engineering, GPU fabrics, migrations and smart hands support, wherever your hardware lives.

Data centre support

Physical expertise on the data centre floor, on call for your infrastructure

Hardware rarely sits where your engineers do. We supply the data centre team you need: on contract, by single request or as an emergency call. You keep control remotely, we make sure it is right in the rack.

Emergency service

Need someone on the floor fast?

For urgent remote hands requests we work with per-site escalation agreements. Call us directly or request an emergency callout via the contact page.

Our services

What our remote hands do

From rack and stack to network engineering and GPU fabrics, delivered by engineers who are inside data centres every day.

Racking & cabling

Mounting servers and GPU systems in your racks, structured fibre and copper, power distribution and clean labelling.

Network engineering

Switch configuration, VLANs, routing, BGP, firewalling and out-of-band management for GPU clusters and storage.

NVLink & GPU fabric

Installing NVLink bridges, NVSwitch trays and InfiniBand or Ethernet GPU fabrics for HGX, DGX and custom builds.

Migrations & relocations

Moving racks between data centres or expanding to a new site, with documentation and minimal downtime.

On-site collaboration

Working side by side with your engineers during deployments, troubleshooting, firmware updates and go-lives.

Smart hands & support

Scheduled or ad-hoc visits for hardware swaps, cabling changes, console access and physical inspections.

Emergency remote hands

Direct remote hands on the floor for urgent outages, power issues, downed links or hardware failures, with per-site escalation agreements.

Defect analysis

Local investigation of hardware faults, component status, logs and LED indicators, so you can quickly build a replacement plan.

Custom

Specific checks, hardware audits, cable tracing, labelling or other one-off tasks are carried out on request.

Worldwide

We do this all over the world

Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Paris, Dublin, the Nordics, the United States or Asia: wherever your capacity sits, we organise the hands on the floor. One contract, one runbook and the same way of working in every data centre.

  • Deployed worldwide

We work in data centres across the Netherlands, Europe and beyond. One point of contact, no matter which region your capacity sits in.

  • Scheduled and ad-hoc shifts

From a single smart hands action to multi-day deployments in evening and weekend windows.

  • Secure and controlled

We work under change control, with named engineers, NDAs and logging of every physical action.

  • Documentation as standard

Every job closes with rack diagrams, port maps, serial numbers and photos you can drop straight into your CMDB.

  • NVIDIA DGX GB300

Installation, cabling and rack configuration of NVIDIA DGX GB300 systems for AI training and inference.

  • NVIDIA GB300 NVL72

Assembly and cabling of GB300 NVL72 racks, NVLinkSwitch and power/cooling tuning.

  • NVIDIA DGX H100 / H200

Deploying DGX H100 and H200 clusters, InfiniBand or Ethernet fabrics and BMC/IPMI setup.

  • NVIDIA Spectrum-X

Spectrum-X Ethernet networks for AI fabrics, including RoCE configuration and tuning.

  • NVIDIA ConnectX SuperNICs

Installing and configuring ConnectX SuperNICs for high-bandwidth GPU communication.

  • NVIDIA NVLink / NVLink Switch

NVLink bridges, NVSwitch trays and NVLink Switch systems for multi-GPU interconnects.

How we work

From runbook to handover

  1. 1. Scope and runbook

We review your rack layout, port plan, power budget and maintenance window, and capture everything in a runbook with clear acceptance criteria.

  2. 2. Access and logistics

Data centre tickets, access lists, hardware receiving, unboxing and packaging disposal are all handled by us.

  3. 3. Execution on the floor

Our engineers rack, cable and configure according to the runbook, with photos and status updates during the shift.

  4. 4. Testing and handover

Link checks, optical measurements, IPMI or BMC access, burn-in and a handover including as-built documentation.

Who we help

Who we make the difference for

Our remote hands services are designed for organisations that need direct, expert support on site in the data centre.

  • AI and GPU cloud providers

Scaling capacity fast without having your own engineers on the floor.

  • Hosting and colocation providers

Extra hands in regions where you do not yet have your own team.

  • Software and SaaS companies

Companies with their own hardware in colo who occasionally need someone on site.

  • Research institutions

Maintaining, expanding and relocating HPC and GPU clusters with confidence.

  • Integrators

Extra experienced hands for large deployments, migrations and greenfield projects.

  • Organisations in transition

Relocating, consolidating or expanding racks to a new data centre location.

Remote Hands by country

From the Netherlands we coordinate remote hands in every major data centre country. One point of contact, one runbook and the same quality, regardless of country.
